AXIA Public Relations and Marketing: Jacksonville Advertising Agencies, Marketing Consultancy and Public Relations Firms

Agency Support Team

Amanda M. Burns
Traffic and Production Coordinator

Strength: Coordinating the fast-paced agency environment for maximum efficiencies.
Weakness: Spending an entire Saturday afternoon photographing her pooch.

Amanda keeps AXIA hopping to an organized and productive beat. She first made herself invaluable to the agency and its clients while working as an intern at AXIA. Today, she provides traffic services and manages production. Amanda works closely on just about every account. So, if a client question arises, she’s the “go-to gal” with the answer. Plus, she can handle the agency’s day-to-day marketing operations with one hand behind her back. Amanda graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor's degree in communications.

Jennifer Amur
Copy Editor

Strength: Honing tight, persuasive copy like a jeweler polishes a stone.
Weaknesses: Chocolate, shoes and $200 haircuts

Making sure your work goes out perfect—that’s Jennifer’s business. And business is good, too. At AXIA, Jennifer examines each and every job, and at multiple stages. Both in copy and in layout. More than just a proofer, she massages copy for maximum impact.

Jennifer studied print journalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has worked for the Boone County Journal, The Maneater and the Columbia Missourian newspapers.

Jenilynn Hidalgo
Director of First Impressions

Strength: A warm, inviting voice to answer your call
Weakness: A shortage of hands to answer all the calls

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Jenilynn greets everyone with a sweet southern tone and smile. In order to perfect her flair in communications, she is currently studying sign language.

Jenilynn lives with her son, Carlos David, and she enjoys working in her yard and attending sporting events and church.
